Our Story
Daughter of a linguist and teacher mother and a physicist father working in the aerospace sector (satellites and rockets), I was born in the countryside of São Paulo (Jacareí). I lived for 15 years in São José dos Campos, 4.5 years in Paris (where I completed high school and became bilingual in French). Upon returning to Brazil, I lived for 6 years in São Paulo (where I completed my college degree and gained most of my professional experience), 3 years in Curitiba (to work in the cluster of French companies that arrived in Brazil alongside Renault in 1998), and finally, I have been living for over 18 years in Dallas, Texas (where I built my family and became a real estate investor).
I have been married for the same 18 years to Fabiano — a Mechanical and Production Engineer, graduated from FEI/SP, with a postgraduate degree from FGV/SP, an MBA from Darden (University of Virginia), 20 years of experience in consulting, and now an Executive in the American Healthcare sector and my partner at Maison Invest.
We are proud parents of two princesses, Mariana (13 years old) and Sofia (10 years old), and two Maltese dogs, Ariel & Moana. Together, we have built several forms of wealth — knowledge, careers, and real estate investments — but our greatest treasure is our family.
Our Experience
I have a degree in Business Administration from PUC-SP, with a successful career in Sales and, mainly, Purchasing for French multinational companies in the automotive sector in Brazil. I worked as a Buyer, and the next step in my career would have been to become a Project Platform Buyer, developing auto parts in partnership with car manufacturers.
In the United States, after dedicating a period exclusively to building and taking care of my family, I trained in the real estate market to manage and diversify my family’s investments. I obtained my real estate license in Texas, am in the process of obtaining my license in Florida, and learned how to purchase land and properties through Tax Deed auctions (property tax auctions).
I fell in love with the real estate industry and have grown exponentially over the past four years. My initial business model — buying at auctions, securing a title insurance, and selling quickly — has evolved into my current model, where, in addition to buying and selling, I also renovate and build properties.
